Sampled at GBBF 2013, London - Day 2. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Pithy citrus in the nose, lemon and mild grapefruit. Light sweet flavor, somewhat juicy but still has dried citrus and bitter fine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish with more pithy citrus, some zesty lemon, more grapefruit. Nice beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma: A lot of grapefruit and grassy notes. Smells almost like Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Appearance is pale-golden with a little haze and nice white head that dissipates into a white ring. Taste is light with a slight sweetness with a lot of bitterness on the backend. Light on the palate very sessionable. I could definitely drink a few of these, it does separate it’s self from the pack especially at 7.99 for a 4 pack and using Nelson hops. I would have again.

Gravicask, 5.2 % avb, one-third pint, American Bar, GBBF 2013, second day. Pale golden body, spotty lacing to the glass. Grapefruit all over. Dry, fruit bitter ending. Fine bodied and smooth on the swallow. A real thirst quencher, indeed (London Olympia 14.08.2013).
