COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In case you’re one of the 3 people that haven’t figured it out yet, we at Iron Fist are fans of everything unfettered by and silly notions of "tradition". So our latest insurrection is a two-for. We brewed a huge Belgian style Trippel and hopped the (expletive deleted) out of it. Being the counterculturalists that we are, we decisively chose to use the finest imported European hops we could get our hands on rather than the ubiquitous West Coast style varieties. We even threw in some varieties so new they still have that new hop smell. A robust malt character helps balance this truly one-of-a-kind brew.
Brewed for KnB Wine Cellars 3rd Anniversary.

I love this beer. Belgian style trippel with some good hops but not overly done, very well balanced. The beer does a great job masking the 12% alcohol. If you can get your hands on this you are a lucky person

Bottle. Tons of tropical fruit aroma, some soft citrus. Flavour is an intriguing mix of Belgian yeast and big IPA hops and maltiness. Doesn't quite come together, but a tasty and intriguing beer.

Big bottle. Poured a cloudy tan orange color. Head disappeared quite quick. Aroma of candy sugar, caramel, citrus hop. Caremark malts with some Belgium spice and some citrus hop. Kind of syrupy and old tasting. Ok. Low carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Big beer. Bubblegum lemon pine and very fruity overall. Wheaty beer taste, somewhat complex. Poured from 22oz bottle from Triangle wine center. Overall enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12% really? Incredibly drinkable at that abv. Aroma has very good Belgian spice & booze. Taste is almost as clean as a saison. This one will definitely sneak up on u if u aren’t careful!

Bottle Jack purchased in Hong Kong. Thanks for the share! Rich golden colour. Aroma is honeyed yeast - smells great. Taste is ultra tangy (yeast galore) but abv well hidden. Finish is so tangy it lingers in vomit kind of way. Overall, lots of promise but difficult to get through my 250ml pour.

Flaske: Orange let uklar øl. Duft af gær, sprut og tørret frugt. En trippel gone bad. Et mindre mess af alkohol og humle med en gærstamme der ikke kan bære det. Ikke særlig god øl.

Aromas of light vanilla, red delicious apples, doughy, earthy hops. Murky orange with a somewhat lasting off-white head. Off-dry, fat fruity flavors, herbaceous hops, savory strength. Medium-full bodied.

Citrus and floral hop aromas. Spicy. Orange or tangerine like flavors, hoppy and malt balanced. Hot. Juicy. Red apples.

750ml capped bottle pours a pale amber orange color with a 2 finger white head that has some decent retention and lacing. Aroma is fruity and floral with some yeasty notes. Taste is a fruity and malty sweetness with a citrusy and floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied with generous carbonation leaving a nice tingle on the tongue. Easy drinking brew despite its huge 12% ABV.

Not horrible, not bad. But, not really different than any other Belgian IPA. Lots of hop profile, and a very dry flavor.
