COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In case youíre one of the 3 people that havenít figured it out yet, we at Iron Fist are fans of everything unfettered by and silly notions of "tradition". So our latest insurrection is a two-for. We brewed a huge Belgian style Trippel and hopped the (expletive deleted) out of it. Being the counterculturalists that we are, we decisively chose to use the finest imported European hops we could get our hands on rather than the ubiquitous West Coast style varieties. We even threw in some varieties so new they still have that new hop smell. A robust malt character helps balance this truly one-of-a-kind brew.
Brewed for KnB Wine Cellars 3rd Anniversary.

in taster at brewery. Amberish color. Small head. Smells of sweet caramel and Belgium. Little bit of bubblegum. Tastes thick and sweet Belgium. Some caramel hop, earthy and Belgian tastes. Love this beer. 9 of 10.

I love this beer. Belgian style trippel with some good hops but not overly done, very well balanced. The beer does a great job masking the 12% alcohol. If you can get your hands on this you are a lucky person

750 ml bottle split. Pours a cloudy orange color with a foamy head. Incredible sour citrus tangerine aroma that had me hooked right away. Grapefruit and citrus forward flavor with a nice belgian yeast background. Really nice balance of sour citrus and spices. What an amazing beer. Very well done. Loved it.

Pours a three finger cream head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Cloudy amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Light grapefruit nose, flavor is well balanced with caramel and grapefruit hops. High ABV is hidden but this triple IPA is warming. 750ml bottle from Gift Specialists Oceanside, California.

I applaud the experimentation. This is an IPA of the likes of DFH120 -- very syrupy and resiny. The Belgian yeast comes in at the back end, after the hops have faded. I've rated a lot of beers on ratebeer, and it's fun to encounter one of the likes I haven't tried before. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I found this beer very quaffable. This triple IPA has a very nice golden amber coloring with a white head. The aroma is sweet, without being cloying, with a strong floral smell. The flavor is more on the malty side, and even though there is a high alcohol content, it is barely detectable. This beer finishes dry and leaves you wanting more.

Clear yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of citrus caramel and alcohol. Very floral tastes of orange caramel and bitter hops with a buttery palate.

Capped 750 from Beverages 4 Less in Santee, CA. Fred is on top of new releases. Pours cloudy, dark, somewhat ruddy, amber. Decent creamy beige head. Aromas of yeast/spice, kandi, light pitted fruit, citrus. Canít smell alcohol, but I get a burn deep in the trachea. Full bodied. The alcohol is present, but more a flavor enhancement than an issue. Flavor is yeast/spice, pretty roasted malt, hint of chocolate, definitely light pitted fruit, and pretty sure about citrus. And thereís sort of an overarching perfume/floral. Which maybe is a combo of alcohol and fruit esters. Fairly complex ale. The mouth feel is fantastic, and the flavors persist into the finish. This is a great sipper. Tho Iím gonna do the bottle. It is a very tasty ale.

Draft at Churchkey. Murky golden color, massive tan head, amazing retention. Aroma of orange peel > lemon peel. Taste of citrus, rising bread bread dough. Decent.
