Thanks GT! Rich black pour with a thin beige head. Huge vanilla and cream in the nose with cocoa nib, milk chocolate, and caramel. Flavor of coffee grinds, bakers chocolate, and roasted barley. Medium to full body with a roasty finish.

Tap at CK. Pours deep black with giant, towering mocha head. 360 sheety lace. Mild cedar nose with black pepper, sweetened coffee, dark chocolate cake, dark fruits. Softer and not abrasive roast. Nice. Taste is softer and cask like fluffy with mild bitterness moving to unfortunate dirty earth soil and stinging small metals. Headache inducing. Lighter, aerated mouthfeel. Would pass as a richer porter given the thin mouthfeel.

Thanks to mdfb79 for sharing this bottle. Served in a wine glass.
Pours a fairly-dark brown color with a good off-white to tan head and a cap and collar. The nose has some roast and chocolate along with a bit of coffee and vanilla. Flavor has a nice coffee and roast balance with a touch of coffee. Medium-full body with good carbonation. An enjoyable brew.

Bottle shared much thanks to Dmac. Pours out a dark brown color with a light off white head. Aroma is of roast, coffee, chocolate and some alcohol. Taste is much the same as the aroma with a nice smooth silky mouthfeel. Tasty.

750 ml bottle from the Blue Dog Wealth of Riches event. Poured a good looking silky black body under a smaller bubbly beige head. Aroma was loaded with burnt notes, licorice, soy, cola, sweet dark chocolate, brown bread dough, and some syrupy dark sugar. The body was perfect with a full syrupy mouthfeel a slight touch of alcohol heat that quickly faded and soft to average carbonation. Flavor is a bit better then aroma with notes of syrupy dark chocolate, burnt toast, hint of vanilla extract and some dark fruits. Good stuff.

On tap at Brew-Ligion
Thick black. Very smooth mouthfeel. Some roasty notes. Not a ton of chocolate or coffee notes. Maybe some cocoa on the finish. Espresso aroma becomes more apparent as the beer warms. Overall a very easy to drink beer.

Opaque black with a small brown head and minimal lace. Coffee/espresso are strong on the nose, with hints of chocolate and licorice. Flavors are similar, and include a gentle hops bitterness. Full body, minimal carbonation, creamy but somewhat watery mouthfeel, and a lingering roastiness.
