Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has nice tropical fruits...mango, passionfruit...some peach...nectary...nice yeasty spice. Flavor follows suit...light nectary/sweet fruits, good hoppy bitterness and nice peppery spice. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a dry spicy/hoppy bitter finish that warms subtley.

Sweet aroma. Light gold in color (though tough to see in the mug). A nice triple with a slight alcohol finish.

Hazy golden yellow pour. Esters and piney citrus hops in the nose. Flavor follows, everything you’d want in the style, spicey elements, phenolic character, American assertive hop finish. Mouthfeel full and yeasty to an extent and just nice. Go IH WC!

Cleaning up my notes....from about a month ago. Pours out a nice clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of sweet apple, light spice and a touch of citrus hops. Taste is complex, sweet apple, pear, some light spice notes and a little bit of lingering alcohol and citrus hops on the finish. Big fan of the Americanized Tripels.

Draft at Iron Hill Maple Shade. I’ll preface that I’m not a big fan of Tripels. With that said, this was awesome. Really the kick in the ass that your typical boring Tripel needs. Finishes strong with citrus fruits making a truly original flavor. Some of the Belgian yeast works in the background.

On draft at Iron Hill - Media. Described as a Belgian Double IPA. Poured cloudy light orange with eggshell white head. Lots of candi sugar in the nose. Starts sweet and then a hoppy bitterness prevails. Very complex and very well done.

On tap in Iron Hill Lancaster as Abby’s Fault. Poured a robust gold with small white head and good lacing. Hop pine and clove, citrus spice in the nose. Nice full flavor with a pleasant hop blend.
