Commercial Description:
Our Abbot 1 is an Abbey Style Single made with pale and wheat malt and fermented with our house Belgian yeast. It is complex and phenolic and a little on the malty side. It has a surprising amount of flavor for such a low gravity beer and is a great thirst quencher. It is Golden in color, medium in body and filled with complex esters of banana, and spice. Drink like a monk!

On tap at the NW location. Poured a deeper golden color witha samller sized white head. Aromas of bananas, breadiness, and some spiciness. Tastes of the same bananas, bready, spicy, and some honey sweetness This one was very nice and I could see drinking this all the time...

Poured a clear, dark golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malts, toffee, banana, almonds, and a bit of citrus. Taste was also quite bready, malty, toffee notes, honey, and light spicy Belgian yeast.
