750mL c&c Make It Funky! yellow and green label. Thanks to yourefragile! Pours a completely clear amber with no head. Totally flat :/ Nose is very acetic, pretty much straight up apple cider vinegar. Some raspberry jam. Not so bad. Taste is odd, some salt and vinegar character with paper, some residual toffee like sweetness. Palate not too acetic, but it is still vinegary. Just a tad hot and papery through the finish.
