COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Guest brewed with Jerry Vietz of Unibroue. A Belgian-style Christmas Ale brewed with holiday spices, belgian candi sugar and a pound of sour cherries per gallon aged in used bourbon barrels.

Aged for four months ... Dark amber/brown pour with a thin off white to beige head .... aroma of light acetone, oak, sour cherries (comes off very sour aleish!!!) and light candi sugar .... taste is very dry and oaky with lots of sour cherry flavor, light vanilla and spices/candi sugar ... bourbon is minimal in the flavor also a hint of acetone .... strong aroma and oak flavors ..... would fool you for a sour ale, great cherry flavor
