Draft at IHP barrel-aged beer event. Had this with a sampler of six, and it looked similar to the regular cabernet dubbel; hazy dark brownish ruby with tan head. Nose was vienna malty and heavy boysenberry notes, with subtle oak. Tasted rich, with the boysenberries complementing the oaky earthy notes, and giving the whole thing a funky fruity cabernet flavor. Nice.
