COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian farmhouse-style ale brewed with 60 lbs. of orange blossom honey and 60 lbs. of blueberry honey, and aged in a Chardonnay barrel for 5 months.

Draft at Iron Hill Phoenixville barrel-aged event June 2012. Poured hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose was funky pale malt, hopcitrus, and heavy berry notes. Tasted of pale funky malt, honey, spicy tropical citrus, vinous white wine grapes, and a complex finish. This one was delicious.
