Commercial Description:
This non-traditional German Bock Beer is strong, dark and Malty with TONs of real chocolate flavor and aroma from the addition of chocolate nibs to both the kettle and the fermenter. A choco-holics dream. OG: 1.072 Color: 18.3 IBU: 14 Alc by Vol: 8.0%

On draft at the North Wales location. Pours a dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma of nuts and faint cocoa. Taste of light roasted malt, nuts and faint cocoa.

Draft at North Wales. Dark body with thin head. Aroma is sweet malt and very faint. Flavor is sweet malt, light chocolate and smoke.

Draft at NW location.Clear medium brown color with small lacing type head. Sweet malty aroma with fruity banana notes throughout. The flavor was the same with nice chocolate notes throughout.

Placid cola in appearance. Aroma is faintly cocoa. Taste has rich chocolate quality, but is otherwise very average.

Growler via trade with hopdog - Pours a dark brown color with a 3/4 finger thick light tan head. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is caramel malt and chocolate. Flavor is toasted malt, chocolate, and light esters. Smooth with very little bitterness. Medium body. A very good beer. Thanks Steve.
