On tap at the North Wales location. Poured a deep brown color wtih a small sized off white head. Aromas of chocolate, nutty, caramel, some roastiness, and a trace of smoke. Tastes of milk chocolate, caramel, toffee, and all around maltiness. Alcohol content well hidden.

On tap at North Wales location. Pours a deep brown with a smaller creamy off white head. Aroma of chocolate, sweet maltiness, earthy, roasty, nuts and some caramel. Flavor with a mix of the same. Actually getting some peanut butter which I really wasn’t expecting but was nice.

Growler received from Ty5592 as part of the growler swap. Pours a very deep clear brown with subtle red highlights when held againist a light. Small tan head that disappeared after a couple of sips. Pleasant aroma of chocolate, malt, and almonds. The flavor is very similar to the aroma with chocolate, malt, and some light almond flavor. As the beer warms, the chocolate becomes more pronounced. Very, very smooth with a lovely mouthfeel. No sign of the alcohol at all. Not an overwhelming beer, but certainly very enjoyable.

Growler via trade with hopdog - Pours a dark brown color with a 3/4 finger thick light tan head. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is caramel malt and chocolate. Flavor is toasted malt, chocolate, and light esters. Smooth with very little bitterness. Medium body. A very good beer. Thanks Steve.
