Classic Irish stout brewed with 22 lbs of Belgian chocolate, aged on 11 lbs of organic cocoa nibs and whole Madagasgar vanilla beans . Black in color, toasty malt flavor and a pronounced dry bitterness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

On tap at Iron Hill Wilmington. Pours a dark brown color with a thin light tan head and light lacing. Aroma of soft chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and a roasty undertone. Taste follows the aroma with a slightly woody bourbon finish that is dry and lingers. Rich creamy body with a mild carbonation.
