At WTWBA. Dark amber red pour. Nose is dark fruits and sherry. The sherry and booze dominates, also get some cherry, vinegar, malt, leather, and raisins. Rich velvet palate. Boozy finish.

[5710-20130817] Bottle. Old cherry skin aroma. Dark brown body with a quick foamy white head. Roasted cherry pit malt flavour has a spicy finish. Full body. Roasted sour cherry notes are interesting. (7/3/7/3/13) 3.3

Aged bottle from Maple Shade. Black with no head. Sour stout aroma. Taste is mildly Flemish red with cherry. Very nice drinkability, having finished 550 ml on my own in the aft.

Courtesy of the Tampa Crew. Pours a hazy brown with a slight tan head. Nose is sherry, roast, dark fruit, vinous fruit, and vinegar. Flavor is similar with sherry, dark fruit, vinous notes, oak, and an abiding vinegar. Interesting sour overall.

2013-08-17. Dark brown body with a tiny head, I suspect the bottle has been open for a while. 3+ Aroma is vinous with light roast touches, and raisiny fruit character. Flavour is similar, lightly vinous throughout over dark malt core. Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Enjoyable. Campground Brewdown.

Bottle at CGBD, and Im also pretty sure I had this on draft awhile back, so Im leveraging some old notes as well. Pours brown with a beige head. Funky and fruits, with some light malty sweetness, oaky barrel notes, dark fruits, and some light tartness. Really damn good.
