NobleSquirrel (3437) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 22, 2011
Draft at GABF. Pours a lightly hazed pale gold with a fluffy white head. Nose is a bit funky, brett and fruity notes abound. Soft tartness and a distinct bready note. On tasting, moderately tart with some drying earthy notes from the Brett. The funk is very welcomed here and pleasant. Really nice beer, though hard to discern what the intent was.
