Single Hopped American IPA. Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauving hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grapey aroma and flavor and firm balancing bitterness.

Growler, huge thanks to Jill and Matt for grabbing it. Pours out a nice dark copper color with a two finger off white head. Aroma is of some nice fruity, lightly floral grapey hops, sweet fruits, toffee and some light grainy notes. Taste is complex, nice hop profile, fruity bitterness, floral notes, white grape and some light sweet/doughy malts for balance.

Tap at Maple Shade. Golden with a light white head. Nose is classic Nelson. Taste full of oils and resins, good alcohol heft and they all go well with the grapey hops. Fizzy crisp medium body, very oily, man! Nice. Alcohol teeters on the brink.

on tap in lancaster 6/10/12. probably the best beer they had on tap... caramel-y amber color with an ow head. aroma and flavor are on the sweet side but fairly tasty...white grape, (almost) grapefruit, earthy spiciness and caramel-y maltiness. a bit too full/rich/sweet but otherwise aight...7/3/7/3/15

Awesome IPA on draft at Phoenixville! The beer poured a light amber color with a very generous off-white head. The head left some amazing lacing around the sides of the glass. The nose was a little fruity, with some citrus, hops, grapes and earthy bread. The flavors were very dry, spicy and hoppy, but balanced well with some caramel malt and light bready flavors. The finish was clean, dry and hoppy.

Draft at IH Phoenixville in a sample followed up by two mugs. The pour was hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose was that astringent, Heavy-IBU, fruity vinous fruity Sauvin nose, with caramel malt. Tastes very smooth (this was on cask), velvety, with great fruity and Sauvin bitterness, spare malt, and a fruity bitter finish. This one was outstanding.

A great flavor to this beer, a little disappointed with the aroma. Pours a clear amber with a small head. The aroma is subdued. I was hoping for a more from the hops. What was there was malty with a hint of fruit. The flavor was really nice with the fruity character of the hops coming through. A very nice balance and a nice dry finish.
