On tap at Newark, DE. Arrived at the table a cloudy pale gold with a thin white head that disappeared after two sips. Overpowering aroma of cloves and overripe bananas. The flavor is heavy with overripe bananas and lots of cloves. Way too heavy handed. I ended up leaving the glass half empty on the table.

tap @ Newark. pours cloudy yellow-gold with a thin white head. light lacing. aroma is HEAVY spice, clove, banana, a little fresh mint in there too...taste is wheat, sweet banana backing, lemon, and bread dough. aftertaste is graham cracker. a little watery. interesting for a hefe.

sweet and suble but just not enough of what I want. Yellow and cloudy with high carbonation.

Draft at Lancaster brewpub. Pours a typical pale cloudy orange with a white head. Lots of banana esters in the nose. Light bodied and an unfiltered. Flavor of light wheat malt, banana, and clove. Refreshing finish. This is not bad, but this seems a little watered down in all aspects, which makes is good for a hot weather beer. I prefer my hefes to have a little more body.

On tap at Wilmington location. Pours Golden Yellow, small head. Smell of wheat and lemon. A nice summer beer.
