750ml bottle from Gabe. Rating #25. Clear golden pour with a quickly fading white head. Kind of a funky aroma, a little bit of citrus, mostly lemon and a little metallic. Big yeasty bitterness, more lemon and a good amount of acidity, much better than the aroma. (1617)

750ml bottle pours a translucent, hazy, honey yellow with one ring of white head. Nose is booze, honey, citrus oil. Flavor is honey, orange zest, sweet, candy. Full bodied, sweet finish. Just tons and tons of sweetness.

750mL from someone at our DC local tasting. Thank you! Poured a hazy/dirty blonde with a thin, fleeting white head. Aroma is all fully oxidized red apple slices and kids apple juice. Taste is sweet, cloying, syrupy, cardboardy oxidation. Drain pour.

Wash. DC tasting. cloudy golden, white head lots of sweetness, apple, spices, Belgian yeast, caramel malts, honey sweetness pushing the envelope for thw wit beer style , warming abv, some orange peel with a mild spicy finish. Overall, the booze and honet sweetness take away some of the character of the beer.

750 ml bottle at DC local tasting. We had a lot of fun with this name. Golden color. Aroma of grapefruit and bazooka. Taste is a bit slimy and oily, but with a decent sweet and sour balance. Interesting.

750ml birthday gift by way of G-Diddy! Thanks Gabe! Pours a slightly hazy dark gold with a 2 finger off white head. The nose is spice, orange peel and sweet honey. The taste is coriander, oranges, sweet honey and some booze in the finish. Medium bodied. Nice stuff – very warming. Thanks again G-Spice!

Bottle from Iron Hill Wilmington, Summer of 09. Shared by me at SL. The pour was hazy golden to amber, decent initial head and some lacing. The aroma was wheaty, earthy, grassy, faint spices. The flavor followed, wheat malt base with some residual sweetness, lacking orangey depth or many citrus elements more prominent in others of the style. On the mid-tongue, the herbal and earthy flavor develop with spices only touching up the finish. Coriander, orange, and bready yeast were underplayed, but this was fairly drinkable and did not come across as sweet at all, which I was expecting for the ABV.

750ml bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of honey, spices, and some citrus. Tastes of the same. Lighter alcohol in the finish, but overall well hidden.
