Nitro pour...Pours a clear amber with a creamy medium tan head. Very faint aroma...lightly malty. Flavor has some caramel malt...slightly chocolatey and sweet. Mouthfeel is light and a bit thin with a slightly sweet malty finish that for some reason makes me think of a cookie.

Draft @ the brewpub in Wilmington. Pours a reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some spicy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with weak hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

20110314 hand pump at W-ton. Hazed copper-teak color with creamy tan head. Aroma has an herby, mate-tea quality about it that is unique and unexpected but lovely, somewhat spicy, too, with mild yeasty clove notes. Soft and dry across the palate. Nice example of a style that is all do often a once a year punt by brewpubs looking to cash in on the season. Well done Iron Hill.

Newark location. Not my favorite style, but I think the niltro helped immensely. Clear amber pour with frothy nitro head and great lacing. Smooth with a caramel and fruity sweetness. Tops in style for me. Excellent.

Pours that nice Irish red color. Not a big flavored beer, I don’t think mine was on Nitrogen because there was no creamy feel. Nice "light" beer.

On tap at Newrk and Wilmington brewery. Poured a light reddish amber with creamy white head. Smell is a mixture of fruit and a subtle hops. Taste brings out some more of the hops, but the sweet malt seems to dominate. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy. Finish is slightly dry.

On nitro in Lancaster. Poured copperish amber in color with a large white frothy head. Aroma of caramel and light hops. Taste was sweet with caramel malts, citrus and floral hops. A little sweet with a bit of a dry finish. Not bad.

On nitro at Wilmington. Clear orange/red with a nitro head. Very lite and fruity (apple) with a bunch of caramel malt. Nice floral hops. Nice sessionable flavor but way too thin.
