On draft at the brewpub (Voorhees). Pours a clear dark golden color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of mostly grapefruit, a hint of pineapple, and caramel malt. Taste of old bitter citrus skins, grapefruit, pine, and caramel malt, with a soapy aftertaste.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at the Phoenixville brewpub. Pours clear copper with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has light floral notes, some light citrus and a bit of pine. The taste is lightly bitter but mostly just a well balanced ale. Good but not killer.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at IH NW. Although the North Wales location is right in my backyard, I have only had their primary house beer once because there is nothing impressive about it.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
At the lancaster pub. Slightly darker than your typical pale ale. Pretty clean orangish color. Just plain old clean beer smell. Wew, rather strong on the palate, could pass for a milder ipa. Leaves a medium long bitter finish after each slug. Nearly flat just like many ipa. A tad wtery in body. CO2 makes it a littler easy to take.

Flight @ Iron Hill Newark on 6/24/2012. Pour is dark amber with a glossy sheen. Malty character too it; kind of bready. Bitter with dry/crusty finish. Nose MIA.
