Jun 3, 2005 [At GABF 2004] A pale yellow beer with a fine yellow head. The aroma is sweet and quite wheaty. While the flavor is malty with notes of citrus as well as hints of wheat. The mouthfeel is flat.

Nov 3, 2004 Draft at North Wales. Typical kolsch color, aroma, and taste, with finishing hopcit, slight honey sweetness, and a great smooth crispness. Ver drinkable.

Sep 4, 2004 Poured a golden color with a small white head and very light lacing on the glass. Aroma was toasty, doughy and rather sweet. Taste seemed dominated by adjuncts, though there was also some lemon and citrus. Overall seemed rather watery with a good amount of carbonation.
