American style double IPA, full bodied malt flavor supports the addition of a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it a pronounced bitterness as well as an overwhelming citrus hop flavor in combination with a floral, citrus flavor and aroma. OG: 1.095 Color: 12

Draft at IH Newark. Labled as "King Kong" nice glowing orange color, good head as well. Nose is hoppy but not bitter, with sweet cyrstal malt? Taste is a nicely balanced DIPA.. Not sugary or too sweet, hoppy but not super bitter. Light tropical fruits, some grassy pine notes.. Easy to drink. Body is light and fluffy for a DIPA. Menu said alcohol 9%. Overall: Nice DIPA
