2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2012 A little darker than a pale ale. Yes, aroma is hoppy IPA, perfumy on the olfactory. Just a little stronger than the iron bound apa. Citrusy and fresh fer sure. Freshness presents a little lighter feel compared to many dull hoppy ipas. Overall a simply fresh beer which departs from most ipa in that it is not mouth coating nor cloying. Some background co2 makes this a little intersting for the typical lager lover.
