Tap in Maple Shade. Black with a lacing tan head. Dry, bitter, light sour roast nose that reminds of stale drip coffee. Taste is straight drip coffee, maybe light citrus from the hops but very little. Light spice, light body.

Draft. Effervescent nose. Smooth coffee aroma and flavor. Slightly sweet. Clean finish. Like a liquid tiramisu. Delightful.

on tap at Maple Shade - awesome! Is this a coffee or a beer (in a good way). Great dark color, coffee aroma and flavor. A very good stout.

This beer delivers as advertised. Black with a creamy tan head, the aroma of chocolate and coffee are most prevalent. The flavor has the same coffee and chocolate with a very nice sweetness. Smooth and tasty.

Fairly deec but not exciting or inspiring. Even on nitro the body was a bit thin for the style, and there wasn’t much to the flavor beyond coffee.

On tap, black pour with small off white head, lacing was minimal. Notes of espresso, wood, green pepper...very columbian bean tasting. As it warmed it smoothed out but becam boring. Very creamy mouth, medium body, Alirght.

Enjoyed on tap at Maple Shade. Coffee added to a dry stout. Good coffee and above average mouthfeel. Some lace. Roast right there. Decent beverage. Fresh coffee aroma. For coffee fans and so-so drinkability for me.

4oz sampler draft at Maple Shade. Pours out almost black brown color with a small white head. Aroma is of smooth, creamy coffee, light chocolate and slight roast. Taste is of smooth medium roast coffee, light chocolate, roast and a light bitterness on the finish. Complex for the lower abv.
