Draft at IHP. Pours hazy ruby with a finger of off-khaki head. Nose is vinous fruity earthy esters, some funk, yeast, and oak. Tastes somewhat sweet, with a big vinous fruity flavor, mid-palate funk and earthy notes, and some late oaky notes. This one is very complex and very enjoyable.

Tap at Bourbon, Barrels, and Bugs Maple Shade. Pours out a moderate hue of brown with some slight reddish colors. Aroma is of Brett, dried fruits, funk and light alcohol. Taste is rich malts, dried fruit, raisin and some fig, funky Brett tartness with a slight barnyard taste in there also. Love what Brett does to already complex beers.

These beers are offered as a one time event and they are PHENOMENAL for a south Jersey brewer! SHOOT they are phenomenal for any brewer!! (its’ just that this is one of 2 brewpubs in the whole southern NJ region.) AnyWAY, I blabbed too much and finished the beer and can’t really give notes. It was delicious, TRUST ME!
