Draft offering at newark location..interesting take on the style with some hybrid traits from the sorachi hops that adds a little spicey saison like character into the mix..decent offering with the usual freshness expected from ihb..definitely pick up the tropical hop aromas with notes of pineapple..

Draft at Newark: Light golden orange in color, nice head. Nose is lemony and citrus. Taste follows the nose. Lots of bright lemon. Some grapefruit, but lots of lemon.... medium body. Easy to drink. Overall: I love sorachi ace hops so this beer is right up my alley!

Draft in Newark. Orange-amber body with a small head. Bright, hoppy aroma. Very hoppy flavor, but with an overpowering tropical/sunscreen/coconut flavor on the back end that kind of ruins it.

On draft at the Newark location. The pour was full amber to orange in appearance, big head, strong lacing rings, looked great the whole time. The aroma was spicey hops, almost and oaky woodsy element, faint pine, touch of caramel. The flavor followed, oaky/woodsy, spicey hops, an almost rice-like tapioca element in it all, good bitterness, highly drinkable, cellar/musty character too. The body was moderate to full.
