On draft at the NW location. Pours a maple cherry wood color with a medium sized cream head. Aroma of cherry wood malt, candied sugar, light smoke and fruit. Taste of cherry wood malt, candied sugar, fruit, smoke and a hint of alcohol.

Tap at IHNW pours a brownish red with a medium off white head that laced the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, wood, nuts, toasted malt and dark fruits. Flavor of caramel malts, nuts, toffee, toasted malt, dark fruits cherry and wood

On tap at North Wales. Pours a dark brown color with reddish hues and a white creamy head. Aroma of cherry, wood, caramel, and roasted malts. Flavor is sweet with dark fruit (cherry) dominating along with caramel, wood, roasted malts, and a touch of alcohol. Very nice beer!

Dark brown color with a large off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of cherry wood, caramel malts, nuts, roast and a bit of alcohol. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, tobacco, toffee, roast, some cocoa, cherry juice, and light alcohol in the finish.
