On cask at Wilmington. Copper pour, one finger head. Biscuit aroma and flavor. Some floral bite. Centennial hops must be in there somewhere. Smooth. Good but nothing to go out special for.

On tap at Iron Hill Wilmington. Poured a hazy light amber color with a two finger off white head. Aroma of citrus and floral hops with and underlying sweetness. Taste is nicely balanced floral hops and light caramel malt with a hint of lingering citrus. Medium body with moderate tingly carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2012 On cask. Orange/amber body with a bit of haze. Cream colored inch and a half head. Thin lacing covers most of the glass after each sip. Delicate orange and floral hoppy notes. Creamy caramel malt shines through as well. Not particularly bitter as the cask seems to have given the beer a nice mellow, creamy feel. A pleasant IPA that could have used just a little bit more hop presence to pop off of the nice malt backbone.
