750 mL bottle shared by MrChopin at the 5/7/11 DC Ratebeer gathering. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma of tart fruits, a vegetal note, peppery notes and apples. The taste is earthy and fruity with notes of grapefruit. Lots of grapefruit. Vegetal, herbal finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy red body with a pinkish off-white head. Aroma of sweaty socks, light menthol, oak, horse blanket, and caramel. Flavor of caramel, berries, brett, and subtle vinous with a soft mouthfeel.

Much thanks to someone for cracking this open at RBSG. Pours out a reddish, pink color with a small off white head. Aroma is of tart funky brett with some berries. Taste is of sour, tart berries, light sweetness, oak, and light alcohol on the finish. ABV is rather well hidden. Solid brew.

750ml caged and corked bottle (RBSG). Poured a reddish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas berries, woody, dark fruits, and earth. Tastes of berries, wood, vanilla, some funkiness, and vinous.

Cherry red pour with white head and lace. Nice sour cherry aroma. Sour cherries and flat malt. A bit fizzy and thin. Very tart. nice

[RBSG 11] Hazy red brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, spices, dark fruits, berries, wild yeast, and light alcohol. Taste of vanilla, tart berries, wood, light spices, wine, and a wild finish.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours clear red. White head. Nose/taste of lightly tart red fruits, Brett and berry funk. Mild acidity. Medium body.

Bottle at rbsg2011. Thanks Joe! Notes of cherry, red fruits, nice tartness, some phenols and oak. Pretty good.

fiery red, thin large bubbled white gravity head. Nose is heavy brett in mango, light berry, soft, bit washed. flavor is light Brett dryness and blackberry through front, bit of ethanol through mid and back, cherry synthetic from residual sugar in triple, dies with warmth, becomes bit drier, oaky. Bit thin, sticky through short finish, low acetic, light oak in finish.

Bottle, thanks to MrChopin. Pure white head, opaque ruby red. Lots of sour cherries in the aroma, vinegar, and tart. Earthy, spicy, cherries, berry notes, and slightly tart. Vinous. Medium body with medium carbonation. Not bad.
