Cask in Maple Shade. Orange body, white head. Beautiful orange peel and grapefruit nose, intense. Watery thin body, pleasant light-medium bitterness and citrus-grapefruit, there’s a nice hoppy center here with a little resin, very smooth, but ultimately undermined the cask-driven wateriness.

On tap at the Maple Shade location. A very nice drinking beer. It went very well with the wings. Amber color with a small head. Aroma of biscuit, bread, caramel, light floral hops. The flavor is similar with a very nice balance.

Pours an attractive amber color with a moderate white head. Aroma is of light crackers, caramel, light floral bitterness. Taste is of toasted malts, bread crusts, biscuit, light grass, and some mild floral hops. Light and easy drinking still with a decent amount of flavor.
