Light citrus, lemon, grapefruit, wheat, grass. It has very clingy head and a clear yellow body. Clean and refreshing. A solid Belgian.

On draft at NW. Appearance was golden with some haze and a nice white head. Lacing was splotchy but nice. Aroma was fruity and bready. Flavor was lightly phenolic with fruity esters also light and a bready cereal type of really dry base coming through, including almost a dry hoppy touch, finishing like a golden lager in many ways, clean. Mouthfeel was light to moderate for the style. Decent brew!

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, spices, toffee, toast, yeast, and light citrus fruits. Taste of spices, clove, light banana, vanilla, toffee, yeast, and light alcohol in the finish.

20110314 Tap at W-ton. Pale gold with quick white head. Fruit aroma is more yeasty and fruity than expected, mildly hopped, definitely setting itself apart from saison (which is what I was in the mood for, but this is still tasty). Somewhat sweet, jujube fruitiness, almost waxy at the end.
