So Cuttered is a joint production between myself and zoowithroy.com, in honor of the best pitcher on the planet Roy Halladay. So Cuttered is a 6.5% alcohol hefeweizen that was brewed with an American hop named Citra. It will have spicy, citrus, banana, and clove characters to it.

On tap at North Wales. This was really good. I donít typically like hopped up hefeweizens, but this was an exception. The hops added a nice citrus zing to an underlying solid hefeweizen base. Bananas and cloves present, but itís the citrus hop that takes over the character of the beer. Zingy and delicious.

Hazy dark gold with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, tangerine, banana, and clove. Taste of banana, vanila, clove, spices, pine, and a bitter hop finish.
