3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft at Iron Hill, Phoenixville. Poured hazy straw color with fizzy eggshell white head. Crisp, light citrus flavor with lemons and oranges that finishes with a fairly noticeable strawberry jam flavor. A bit spicy and peppery throughout. Thin to medium bodied. Refreshing and a nice summer offering by Iron Hill.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Notes from Draft early October 2009. Hazy pinkish gld pour with white head. Nose was strawberry, citric, spicy, and the flavor was a bit sweet, with limey and strawberry notes coupled with orange zest and florals. Yes, this is a bit of a gimmick beer, but I love fruit beers, and this one wasn’t terrible.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Tap at Pville location. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium creamy white head that laced. Aroma of artificial strawberry, cream soda and some light Wit spices....but overall covered up by the strawberry and soda aroma. Flavor of that same cream soda meets strawberry extract. Getting some banana and the slightest hints of Wit spices. One of the worst IH beers I have had...and I actually really enjoy the non strawberry Wit that Pville did this year.
