On tap at Hill Farmstead Brewery - Greensboro Bend, VT. Big buggy nose full of Oud Bruin like cherry sugar
intensity. Lots of nice citric and lactic acids.
Tangy, vibrant and fruity, backed with a good mineral
profile. Pours a murky and muddy reddish amber, with
a good finger of fine whitish head. Flavors are sweet
and ethereal. Vague spice, big cobwebby Brett and
lots of pungent cotton. The ethereal sweet and spice
mixture makes it a feel the wee bittest gimmicky and
soapy, but it’s not overly detracting. There is some
yeasty oddness in the finish that makes a touch
unclean feeling. It’s quite a ways from Saison, but
for an American funky beer, it’s pretty damn good.

Bottle at KØ10. Mild farty aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Very small off-white head. Good sweet flavour.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer. The aroma has noets of wheat, malt, and hops, as well as some notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks FrumptyDumpty for sharing.

Handibottled (thanks to FrumptyDumpty for sharing!). Slightly hazy amber colour with mediumsized off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts, some earth, barnyard, mild fruits, some leathery notes as well. Flavour is quite wineous along with some mild fruits, leather and some earthyness. Smooth and rather balanced.

Bottled. Thx. Ryan for this. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense small off white head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, brett and wood. Flavour is bretty and sour. Has some barnyard. Wood, fruits, caramel and yeast notable. Medium bodied. Dry citric and light sour finish.

Handbottle. Hazy golden bosy with a medium off white head. The aroma is light acidic, dry bretty with lots of fruity notes. The flavour is berries, yeast, spices, brett and light caramelish.
