COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Trappist Abbey-style golden ale brewed in tribute to the Abbey in "The Valley of Gold" in Florenville, Belgium. Candied sugar and multiple yeast strains give this beer a very complex fruity and spicy character, subtle tartness, and a dry effervescent finish.
Draft at IHP-ville. Pours hazy deep gold with white head. Nose is candiu sugary malt, floral, spicy, hops. Tastes candi sugary and yeasty up front, with emerging fruit, florals, spices, and hops, and a crisp finish.
