w/ Uncle mark @ iron hill in Jersey. This is an uninspiring blonde ale. Not worth the price of the pull.

Poured into a mug club glass, so who knows what it looked like. Frothy head, faint citrus nose. Grainy flavor with very mild citrus and a sweat sock finish. Not great.

Aroma is full of hops. It pours copper with a thin white head that leaves moderate lacing. The taste is clean & crisp. Nothing spectacular but certainly drinkable. Decent.

Draught in Newark. Huge American hops aroma, crisp and lightly bitter, grainy, very bready aftertaste. Dry and refreshing, cleans palate, medium body.

Pours a clear straw yellow color with a tall white soapy head. Aroma of lemon, wheat and hops. Flavor is lemon, wheat and a bitter hop finish. Good beer, but kind of earthy flavor.

On tap at Newark brewpub. Poured a hazy golden color with a two finger creamy white head. A light aroma of lemon, florals and pine. Flavor is piney hops and citrus that are slightly mellowed out in the middle by bready malts. A light medium body with a dry finish.

20100531 tap at Newark. Pretty pale gold with lasting, sheeting white head. Aroma is lightly grainy, very mild diacetyl, and only slight resinous hops, a bit of pineapple, ammonia. Frankly expected hoppier aroma. Body is nice, light, spritzy, lager-like, and finishing with a firm pithy grapefruit bite. Diacetyl emerges more with temp but I guess that’s tolerable for the style.

Draft at Maple Shade. Poured a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma was apricot and cat piss, prbably only the second time that I have found this aroma in my beer thankfully. The flavor was fruity and earthy but the cat piss still crept in there which was not pleasant.

Golden-orange with a mildly hoppy and sweet aroma. Flavor has some light sweetness with gentle hops and a solid finish. Good, but not a standout.
