Tap at Maple Shade. Pours out a cloudy brownish almost apple cider looking color with a small off white head. Aroma is of funky Brett, cherries, oak, light bourbon and some basement with a little bit of dried fruits. Lots going on in the flavor, funky/plasticky Brett, sweet and tart cherry, vanilla, oak, bourbon, and a slight warming alcohol note on the finish. i’d drink this all day.

Aroma was different during the night. Cold, it opened with typical Brett funk: sourdough, cheese funk and sour cherry. Warm, it adopted more cherry bourbon notes. Pours a dirty brown mess. Taste is similar to the aromas: Tart cherry, sourdough yeast, and a cedar wood finish. Very complex as the bourbon came into play during the heating process. Overall a cool and complex beer if not all that amazing.
