A highly approachable IPA with lots of hop flavor and aroma, mild bitterness, and a dry finish. Dosed late in the boil, as well as dry-hopped, this India Pale Ale focuses not on the bitterness in the finish, but instead on the flavor and aroma of the hops.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy golden amber with a slight off-white head. Aroma is floral and pine with some mildly roasted malt. Med body, almost. Flavor is rather floral, then a little resin, then some mildly gritty/bready malt. More dry than not, and finishes bitter. Good drink. Want to try a double version.

Pours a finger of head on a clear dark straw body. The aroma is honey and pine, a bit faint overall. The taste is malty start, mild bitter middle and a longer pine bitter finish. The texture is crisp. Enjoyable.

This beer has become my "go to" beer. I often tire of the same beer but this one has kept my interest over and over.

Smooth and balanced IPA with not too much alcohol. Not bitter and no after taste. Very drinkable with slight floral flavor. Gooood!

Found a date on the bottle that says: "04.1614." This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice hazy orange color with a slight transparency about it allowing for some light carbonation to be seen rising. The lacing is fairly thick and shows some nice looking rings. The smell showcases a nice citrus to pine aroma and lets in a fairly nice sweet maltiness as it warms. The taste had a nice bittersweetness all the way through letting the citrus and piney hops combine wonderfully with the malts. The aftertaste was the typical AIPA of sorts of letting a great bittersweet pine and citrus combine pretty good. There was a nice long dry bittersweet finish. On the palate, it sat about a light to medium on the body and still carried a good harshness to assault my mouth and tongue. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA well worthy of having again.

Bottle pours a murky dark orange with a thin off white top. Herbal, earthy nose with some caramel. Taste is pine and herbs.

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a hazy copper color. Nose has some floral and citrus hop notes to it, as well as a slight hint of pepper. Taste is a little bitter with just a bit of spiciness to it. OK.

On tap at brewery. Amber, diaphanous with a little white surface foam. Some grapefruit and yeast smells on the nose,a little sweet. Bitter with solid hops and a bit of muddy hops on the sweet malts. Medium bodied with assertive carb and semi dry finish. Nice beer. Serving type: on-tap 03-18-2012

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some orange and perfume notes from the hops as well as some toffee. The flavor is similar with bitter orange notes, grass and light toffee. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
