Draft pour is a light amber color with a white head. Nice fresh floral and pine hop aromas. Medium body. Well balanced flavor starts with floral hops then grainy lightly sweet pale malts. Much better from a fresh keg than bottled. @ Brouwers.

On Tap at the brewery. Poured a nice gold color with a thin white head. Aroma was a little hopy. Flavor was a touch on the metallic side. Some toasted malt notes in there. Good session beer maybe.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of toasted grains and bready. Tastes of grains, trace of citrus, and the same breadiness.

The problem is, I like beer.

Maybe I’ve just been drinking too many high-alcohol sipping beers, and for a I poured this one out to go with a veggie burger. Four sips later, it’s gone and I’m thinking dang I’d like another. Sure, it was a bit sour in the flavor, a bit metallic, a bit simple in its malt profile, a bit understated in the hop drive, but hey, it went down smooth and matched up with a none-too-good take out meal.

3.0? Maybe it doesn’t deserve it --- but sue me.

given to me by puget sound wine cellar in port orchard, washington. pour is a semi-cloudy orange-amber, not much of a head. smell is faint, some citrus, some hops, not much else. taste is a bit on the bitter side, some metal, grapefruit. overall a good beer, nothing special but not bad at all, worth a try that’s for sure.

12oz bottle – Gravity Room – Olympia, WA
Aroma – Light aroma of malts and very little hops
Appearance – Golden yellow in color, clear and nice fluffy head
Flavor – The flavor was that of a light ale with just a good use of malts and hops
Palate – This was a crips easy to drink beer and easy on the palate
Overall –A good end of the day hard working mans beer. Nothing too complicated, this was easy and good to drink .

Bottle. As the name implies this ale is pale. It pours a clear straw with a sudsy disappearing head. The nose is grainy with some herbal hoppiness. Taste is mild hops. Pretty lively carbonation. All in all not bad for a refreshing summer beverage. It delivers on its goals.

Clear golden body with minimal head. Herbal hoppy aroma with a touch of bready yeast. Dry and bitter but slightly sour as it warms. Yee-ha.

12-oz. Pours a crystal clear medium amber with a platinum blonde and fluffy head. Not much lace. Big DMS nose hits you as soon as you pour, and it doesn’t go away when you lean in for a proper sniff. Fizzy, watery body. Nice herbal hops on the mid-palate and the finish, but you can’t really tell they’re there, since this is such a DMS bomb. I really hope this is just a one-off problem for them, because, other than a rather cheap-tasting caramel note in the mid, this feels like it’s on the right track, other than the QA problem.
