On draft at Toronado, SF. This had a much sweeter aroma and flavor than the other double ipa that my brother and I had. (which were Pliny the Elder and Hop Stoopid). A big big flavor, sweet and more malty than the others. It’s likely that my review of this beer is tainted from tasting it after Pliny. I would really like to drink this again for fresh opinion.

On tap at Toronado. Poured a cloudy amber orange, with a light head. Nose of sweet citrus hops and malt. Very nice. Taste was very hoppy, more citrus & grapefruit. Body was full, mouth was sticky. An excellent IIPA with a good malt balance.

On tap at the Toronado. Slightly hazy orange with fine head. Acidic, somewhat cheesy hops aroma, peachy. Heavy, dusty, tea-malty flavor; rough, dank hoppiness, weedy and sprucy hops flavor. Bitter, obviously.

Amber orange colored. Aroma is rich grapefruit and citrus. Medium to full body, big bitter/dry finish. Fairly typical, but well made.
