COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
51/50 IPA is brewed to meet the standards of even the most judgemental hop snobs. Dry-hopping over several weeks allows us to create a pungent and dank aroma with a spicy and piney finish. Next time you want to stick your nose in a glass of hops, grab a 51/50 IPA. Why call it 51/50? Because we have to be crazy to put this amount of hops in a beer.

Deep gold pour with a sticky white head. Lots of grassy hops up front, tinges of tropical fruit and citrus in the finish.

22oz bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Loved this one. Super drinkable and refreshing. Citrus, pine, dank hops, hop forward, not malty at all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had on tap at the source. $5 for the full pint. Pours golden with which a snowy white ringed head 1 finger in length stood atop. Experienced pistachios, fried peanuts, American hops, mustard seeds, and sea salt. Spicy, lingering, and memorable. Not necessarily the standout of the night, but I’d have this again.

Bottle. Bright golden color with off white head. Skanky, dank, wet grass, cat spray, spicy hop aromas. Medium bodied with medium co2. Nice spicy, dank, wet grass flavors with dusty pale maltage, and some light fruit sweetness____good.

Draft at the brewery taproom - Temecula. Decent IPA. Some spicy pine needles, dried citrus, lemon rind, grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous in the finish with further spicy pine and moderate dried citrus fruits. Good and tasty.

Big floral hop aroma. Pretty clean taste and big hop flavor throughout the sip. Nice flavors that stick around after the taste. Not bad.

tectactoe (1529) - Michigan, USA - DEC 29, 2013
Bottle: completely hazed, opaque orange sunburst & goldenrod body with a quickly fleeting, eggshell head. Aroma has notes of moderate pine & mild tropical fruit, perhaps some passion fruit & mango. Perfume-y & full of hop oils. Taste falls a little short. Kind of thin. Perfume, floral hops, light pine, some pineapple & grapefruit peel-y notes. Clean & crisp with a light, bready sugar malt finish, mild bitterness throughout. Solid IPA, nothing more, nothing less.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2013 bottle of beer hooked up by brokensail (thank ya for the courtesy toss [:34]). clear golden pour. aroma of unrestrained pineapple and some dank resin. some pine mixed in as well as some soap. bitter dank resin taste, leaves a leafy bitter pine note on palate. bitterness somewhat abrasive. didn’t mind this though. reminded me of some stone ipas. fine.
