COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Itís a sin to call this beer a pale ale, itís so much more than that. Synner is slightly bitter with a punch in the face of hop aroma and flavor. Brewed in the tradition of a So-Cal session ale,itís copper in color with a medium malt body. This ale is brewed to be dry on the palate and have a distinctive fruitness found in the aroma. Synner is sure to satisfy both novice and experienced ale drinkers.

Pours a very clear golden color with minimal to no lacing. Very mild carbonation. Aroma is a pleasant cirtrusy, floral hop character, reminding me of some Galaxy hops. Taste is mild sweetness and bitterness, matching well with the aroma. Light in body with a very mild bitter finish. Very drinkable and tasty pale ale.

Bottle from South Bay Liquor: Appeared a dense golden pale ale color with a topping of thick white pillow of foam head. Aroma is bold with a lively fragrance of hops that would have fooled me into the notion that this beer was in actuality an IPA style and not the typical smell of a run of the mill boring pale ale. The drink is extremely bitter yet has a touch of sweet and tart like fruit flavors paired with herbal flavors of tea and wild honey. As for the aftertaste, traces of citrus like grapefruit juice as well as metallic and sweaty socks funk fill up the finish. This is truly a knock your socks off type of pale ale which further reminds me that Iron Fire Brewing is the new kid(s) on the block to buy and drink anything new they release. I absolutely love the design on their bottles especially this one with the rolled doobie blazing and some big boobies surrounding the card game.

One of my favorite Pales on the market today! Big citrusy nose with some faint biscuity malts in the background. A fantastic session pale.

From a tap at the brewery. This is a great pale ale and what you would want from a pale ale light and Hoppy.

pours bright golden orange with a small white head which fades to very little lacing. Aroma is of dank weed, citrus, pine resin, and some light sweet malts. Taste is of fresh citrus juice, pine, freshly cut grass, dank weed and some sweet malts in the background. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, semi bitter, refreshing, juicy finish. overall, a super tasty, refreshing, and drinkable APA that is a great session ale.

Gotta love the artwork reminiscent of the old comix. Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours amber/copper with a 3 finger creamy/foamy off-white/beige head. Authentic cat pee aroma. Makes my nostrils itch. Med body or better. Flavor is extremely citrus, followed by some woody? roasted malt. Fits the style but is way out in front on use of ingredients. Comes across hoppy, dry, smooth, mellow, hoppy! Just excellent.

A forward-thinking west-coast style pale, I can see why many people think it should be called an IPA. The aroma is pungent and floral with lots of hops. Has a slightly hazy golden color and pours with a big white head. Tastes almost like a single-hop, very pronounced hops and citrus, slight grassy flavor and a dry clean finish. Slightly sticky on the palate, overall a damn fine pale, but for me a little more grain presence would raise this brew to the level of the best pales around. Looking forward to more from Ironfire!

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with minimal head formation. Aromas are of DMTS (green onions), grassy, and tangerine. Low malt, pretty clean. Flavors are bitter, dry, grassy. Light malt character. Very clean. Low carbonation. Bitterness is a bit strong and lasts on the tongue. Not bad for a brand new brewery. Iím looking forward to trying more beers from these guys despite the low number.

light orange color. Citrus nose, but not overpowering. Piney hop flavor, but the malts play a part as well. Some lasting hop sweetness and bitterness. A pretty good pale ale.
