Brewed in the style of an Imperial Porter. Vicious disposition is a surprisingly smooth imperial, brewed with local avocado honey. Complex malt flavors lead into a rich and buttery finish, making this deceptively dark Porter easy to drink. Enjoy Vicious Disposition at a slightly warmer temperature than usual.

Bottle: The aroma consists of dark chocolate, bakers chocolate, roast, and espresso. It pours a dark brown with barely some orange highlights and a small tan head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some decent webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate dark and bakers chocolate. There is a light sweetness in the background. Maybe it the avocado honey, but I can’t really tell. The finish has moderate espresso, roast, and some faint burnt notes. It’s medium-full bodied with mild carbonation and a soft mouthfeel.

Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Deep brown, nearly black with a gray & khaki tinted head that settles to a swampy skin & collar. Aroma includes heavy roast, grass, mild ash, light bittersweet cocoa, & some very mild molasses in the finish. Taste isn't as bitter as expected but is still quite roasty. Roasted malt, light cocoa, mild ash, grassy & herbal hops mid-palate with a dry-roasty & faintly sweet aftertaste. Honey pulls through just *barely* in the finish, but it's there. Pretty nice porter.

Draft at the brewery. Dark brown pour, with a tan head. Plenty of heavy roast, sweet chocolate, burnt malt, licorice, bitterness, coffee, and notes of dark fruit. Ok.

A pleasant surprise. Aroma is roasty coffee, dark chocolate and a sweet malty honey. Pours black with a nice tan head. Taste is ultra roasty with dark chocolate and a sweet honey malt behind it. Finishes with a great roasted coffee mouthfeel. Dark a nice.

On tap @ Ironfire. Black pour with a small tan head. Very roast forward nose, some ash, coffee, and coffee grounds. Licorice, dark fruit, burnt sugar, and a slight nuttiness. The flavor is kind of bitter up front with lots of roasted malt and coffee grounds. Burnt sugar, licorice, dark fruit, burnt nuts, and a hint of alcohol.
