Brewed in the style of an Imperial Porter. Vicious disposition is a surprisingly smooth imperial, brewed with local avocado honey. Complex malt flavors lead into a rich and buttery finish, making this deceptively dark Porter easy to drink. Enjoy Vicious Disposition at a slightly warmer temperature than usual.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Fair effort here. Deeply roasted malts, earthy bitterness, bittersweet baking cocoa. A bit of dark chocolate and burnt wood, too. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Light warmth at the end with more baking cocoa character. Rich, hefty.

This beer pours dark black with a latte colored head. It has a rather typical but mild aroma of coffee. It has flavors of coffee and roasted nuts. Smoother than a typical porter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a thin looking dark brown with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate and some roast. Taste is semi dry, not much residual sweetness actually. Semi bitter with a slight floral hop presence. Finish entails more malt bitterness. Medium mouthfeel, low carb. Pretty good.

22oz bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, molasses. I'm not sure if I was supposed to taste any avocado but I didn't. Very nice porter though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Black pour with a tan head. Aroma is dry, precise roast with thin and bitter chocolate complimented by light coffee and some underlying darker malt. Taste is bitter chocolate, roast, light coffee, and a thin bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel is balanced and clean. Bit off in the finish but overall impressive.

Bottled. Aroma: strong roasted malts, with coffee and grassy notes. Color: deep brown, with dark head. Not bitter, but very roasted taste, with long palate. Almost molassee. It stays and weights in the mouth. Awesome beer, almost "too" tasty!

Bottle: The aroma consists of dark chocolate, bakers chocolate, roast, and espresso. It pours a dark brown with barely some orange highlights and a small tan head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some decent webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate dark and bakers chocolate. There is a light sweetness in the background. Maybe it the avocado honey, but I canít really tell. The finish has moderate espresso, roast, and some faint burnt notes. Itís medium-full bodied with mild carbonation and a soft mouthfeel.

Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Deep brown, nearly black with a gray & khaki tinted head that settles to a swampy skin & collar. Aroma includes heavy roast, grass, mild ash, light bittersweet cocoa, & some very mild molasses in the finish. Taste isn't as bitter as expected but is still quite roasty. Roasted malt, light cocoa, mild ash, grassy & herbal hops mid-palate with a dry-roasty & faintly sweet aftertaste. Honey pulls through just *barely* in the finish, but it's there. Pretty nice porter.
