COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of an Imperial Porter. Vicious disposition is a surprisingly smooth imperial, brewed with local avocado honey. Complex malt flavors lead into a rich and buttery finish, making this deceptively dark Porter easy to drink. Enjoy Vicious Disposition at a slightly warmer temperature than usual.

Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Deep brown, nearly black with a gray & khaki tinted head that settles to a swampy skin & collar. Aroma includes heavy roast, grass, mild ash, light bittersweet cocoa, & some very mild molasses in the finish. Taste isn't as bitter as expected but is still quite roasty. Roasted malt, light cocoa, mild ash, grassy & herbal hops mid-palate with a dry-roasty & faintly sweet aftertaste. Honey pulls through just *barely* in the finish, but it's there. Pretty nice porter.

Bottle @ ZZT 2016-1. Black pour. Aroma of roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate. Taste has creamy coffee, bitters, choco and some roast. Solid example of the style, did not get the avocado though.

Thank you Caesar! 650 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT 2016-1. Black, solid creamy mocha. Nose is cheap chocolate powder, herbal, molasses, umami, roast. Taste is thin herbal mocha, roast, thin roast, grainy, bit fizzy, low umami. Bit meh for me, not too crazy about this one.

Bomber purchased 2.5 years ago at Holiday Wine Cellar ($8.29). Somehow this just sat in the back of the cellar, but hopefully it’s good. Pours actual pitch black with a half finger of mocha colored foam that soon recedes into nothing. AROMA of creamy spiced chocolate, milky roasted malts, roasted nuts, and vanilla coffee. FLAVOR of dark roasted malts (slightly cardboard-y), some cola-braised dark chocolate, creamy coffee, some light molasses, and perhaps a bit of the honey that is supposed to be in here. Nice level of sweetness here. Velvety mouthfeel. Very smooth considering the high ABV. May have waited too long to open this, but it still comes across flavorful and smooth. (38, 1012)
