Sampled at the brewery. Almost clear kind of white gold. A little white foam. Not a lot going on. A little of something that I guess isbagave. Light wheat notes. This is very easy to drink and thirst quenching.

On tap at the brewery. Gold and clear with a dissipating, white head and minimal lacing. Mild aroma of bread, wheat malts, toast, light fruit and light earthy hops. Pretty bland with light bitterness. Boo

On tap @ Ironworks. Hazy, quite light yellow orange appearance with a small white head. Kind of a dull, slightly yeasty, mild citrusy wheat malty nose. Yeast, citrus fruits, agave, orange flavor with a mild tangy finish.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow with an average, creamy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), light hops (citrus), and light esters (banana). Flavor is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw, meal, cereal), light hops (citrus), and light esters (banana) with notes of honey/sugar. Light body, low warmth and creaminess, high carbonation with a medium-dry finish. Lightly flavored and easy-to-drink, liquid bread.

This beer was an astoundingly bright yellow-white in color. Some wheat and wit beers seem to almost look glow in the dark. Nice aroma of wheaty bananas and a flavor that followed suit but was subtle. This would be a good picnic beer or lawnmower beer due to how easy this stuff goes down the hatch. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 03-16-2008 01:30:49

On tap @ Ironworks poured a cloudy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, fruittiness, light yeast. Palate was light bodiued and smooth. Flavors of wheat, fruittiness, light agave and a hint of yeast with a smooth bittersweet finish.
