Bottled. Cloudy charneol colour with low off-white head. Grainy, light citric nose. Maltiness is there. Fruity and malty flavour with hints of toast and spices. Light-medium bodied with low bitterness.

rand (1250) - SWITZERLAND - MAR 5, 2011
Bottle 05 l from Bier-Bienne (CH). Blonde amber veiled, short white foam, little crackling. Malted scents, yeast and lemon. The mouth is soft and light, malted, a little toasted, but mostly with notes of peach, melon, grain. Average body, balanced with acidity, it stays on its malted side, hoppy keys. Fresh and clean.

A real strong beer, as in an all-around beer. Awesome taste, no bitterness, very good. Hints of honey, almost sweet after every taste. Beautiful in the glass, small head, little carbonation. I’ll be buying again.

BeerViking (2291) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2010
50cl bottle, cloudy orange-yellow, sweet malt plus faint honey and lemon on the nose, chewy, a little butterscotch and peppery hop on the palate. Sweetish finish. Nice enough.

Svesse (6036) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 24, 2010
(Bottle, Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm) Pale amber colour, hazy, with brief frothy off-white head. Malty, slightly spicy nose with notes of toast and hints of apricots. Malty, slightly spicy taste with toasty malt, apricots, orange peel and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry but some sweetness comes through. Well balanced and quite nice.

KyotoLefty (6141) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 3, 2010
Bottle. Fruity, citrus, estery aroma with cereals, melon. Cloudy orange color. Rather sour flavor with citrus, decent malty sweetness. Great sour edge balances well, as does the earthy bitter finish. Yeasty and rich. Great and original.

asheft (2476) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 3, 2010
[bottle] Strangely fruity aroma with some banana and something that resembles pine cleaner, but not like pine from US hops, also a little sweet caramel. Hazy gold under a white cover. Estery flavour that has a little banana and significant green apple. The fruits dissipate to reveal a mild caramel sweetness that lacks any bittering balance. Light to medium body, silky, moderate carbonation. Quaffable.

Compliments of SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes.
