The appearance: A nice golden colour , very similar to Gose unfiltered no yeast though., very balanced taste, mild malty palate, not too hoppy. Sweet first taste then gets sour in middle taste. Sitrus, appelsine, maybe little nuts in aroma over with crispy body with carbonated overhaul and dry after taste. Reminds my a lot of Döllnitzer Ritterguts Gose although not strong references to saltiness or coriander of Gose. Very tasty also refreshing and easy to drink. Glad to find this beer.

0.5 l bottle as a gift. Cloudy amber/orange pour with a medium sized, creamy white head, which leaves a thin film behind. Sweet, fresh fruity nose. Sharp mouthfeeled brew with a sweet-tart aroma escorted by caramel, bread, citrus underpainted gently by flowerly hops. It finishes dry and hoppy with citrusses and spices, which leaves at last a sweet-tart aftertaste behind. Refreshing, easy drinkable one.

Test vom 10.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Hazy yellow colour with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma is sweet malt. Flavor is sweet malt, with some light hops. Short and watery finish. Boring.

Cloudy straw color. No head and no lacing. A little bit of a pissy smell. Kind of like kölsch. Malty as well. Tastes the same, minus the malty. There is a grainy/bready flavor. A little sweet. I guess this one is alright. I’m not heaving over it. It was cheap.
