This dunkel is very, very sweet in both aroma and taste, taste bordering on chocolatey. Color is deep, dark brown with minimal head. Sweetness is a little alarming at first (for a dunkel) and gets more cloying as you get through this. I was really expecting much better.

Aroma of skunky hops, some dark malts, some lactic notes. Taste is bit malty, bit sweet carbonated and some lactic bacteries making this beer a rotten walhalla.
