375ml bottle at Crane & Turtle in DC. Pours a clear gold with zero head. Nose has an initial cheesiness, some mild funk, then classic cider, green apple skins, juicy. Flavor follows along, tart, juicy, apples, green apple skins, some mild tropical fruit, a little buttery, some mild cheese too. Tart finish, otherwise clean.

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks! second day of tasting. ouch. opening smoothly though. pours hazy if not cloudy extra pale yellow with a disappearing whtie rind. granny smiths, musty brettiness, unripened apples or with their sugars subtracted, if at all possible, subtle floral and citrusy notes, light astringency. light carbonation, light body - slightly watery, dry bretty and slightly herbal finish. simple yet quaffable and enjoyable.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Clear pale gold pour. Aroma of apples, mild funk, bretty notes, white wine fruitiness. Taste is tart, citric, very dry. Palate is light with thin carbonation. Nice easy drinking, could definitely go through a few glasses of this.

Bottle shared by tom10101, thanks! Pours a clear yellow with no head. Nose is a bit wild with some recognizable brett/wild yeast. It doesn’t smell of apple much, more like the usual brett leather. Taste is lightly acidic and more close to the traditional hard cider I’m used to but also offers some yeast flavors. Body is light, carbonation is moderate and it is really refreshing. Overall a nice sidra, glad I could finally sample some!

Bottle (750 ml). Thanks to Thomas for this one! Slightly hazy pale yellow with a low quickly collapsing white head. Aroma is soft with hay, mild apple presence and light notes of funk. Taste is also mild a little more apples than in the aroma, hay and a little more funk too (still at a very low level though). Light/medium body, but not watery. Almost still. Moderately dry finish. Very easy drinking and a nice - mild - lambic-like character. I would buy this regularly if it was available in my area.

Bottled 26/06/12. Graciously given to me by Rick! Hazy light golden with a tiny white head fading to a ring. Super gnarly aroma, barnyard funk, sweat socks, grandmas toes and acidic pear. Very sharp. Flavor up front is herbs, fading into pears, apples, lots of funk then ending with lemongrass and winter mint. Deliciously complex and unlike any cider I’ve ever tasted.
