Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is chemical, butterscotch, plastic, bandaids, and waterbed. The look is cloudy yellowish in color. The taste is sourish, buttery, and fruits.

750ml from tytoanderso - thanks, Tyler! Not really being much of a cider fan, at least so I thought, I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into. But I had a hankering for tartness and this fit the bill nicely, although not in exactly the way I expected. Translucent golden pour with big clear carbonation, the nose was sharp sour apple and very inviting. The body was on the thin side. Flavor, however, was far more funky and bretty than you’d guess, and it made for a really nice bev overall. Sweet stuff, Tyler.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Gold in color with no head. Aroma is of band-aid, a new rubbermade tupperware, and light kitchen cleaner. Taste is tart with hints of green apples, butter, and bandaid.

Not sure how they did this, either pasteurized it or fermented the crap out of and then watered it down. I feel a lot of the flavor has actually been lost here, its still definitely cider and green apple sweet, I mean that will never get lost but its pretty dried out. This reminds me of hen I used a Trappist yeast on a cider, its cider but the yeast ate too much away. Its not funky, there is a bit of acidity to it but not in the funked up way. There is no carbonation as far as appearance but its still magically sparkling on the cheeks, yet its not from the carbonation. Just a tingly and acidic feel to it. Its not that good, I could drink it, it feels good, but I wont return.
750mL green bottle, corked, Isastegi traditional cider glass (thanks Ty).

Bottle shared by ucusty. Thanks Dave! Pours a cloudy golden. Nose of fresh apples, earth and grapes. Flavor of grapes, apples, and lactic acid. Slightly leathery and acidic mouthfeel. Pretty good spanish cider.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Nose is cheese, the inside of a 2 month old waterproof cast, and green apples. Taste is similar to those caramel apple suckers. Tangy medium weight mouthfeel. Overall this is nice and rustic.

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Light yellow pour, small amount of haze. Has very little carbonation, but then again I didn’t pour it correctly. Some strident tones on the nose. Some fruit but mainly chemical hairspray. Very tart and sour taste. Salty notes with bitter as well. Not much fruit on the taste or the finish. Interesting, but not really impressing me.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a hazy straw yellow with short lived white fizzy head (We didn’t pour it as recommended, seemed ridiculous to pour a beer 3 feet away from glass) Aroma is very citrusy, tart, nice sour apple. Flavor of sour apple, tart, some funk. Mouth feel is light body with very little to no carbonation (once again, we didn’t pour 3 feet as recommended). Overall, it was pretty damned tasty though!
