3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
50cl bottle. Large off-white head atop hazy light amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange/floral, light grapefruit, honey, bread. Taste is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, some straw, light bread, honey. Light-medium body, light acidity. Tasty APA -- were it at SNPA prices, i’d surely buy it again.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a large, frothy, off-white head. Fantastic retention. The aroma is floral and sweet – caramelized grains and honey. Medium to full-bodied with gentle carbonation. Sweet, floral essence of orange blossom honey is nearly balanced by metallic hop bitterness – nickel and/or iron. Mid-length, bittersweet finish with a metallic tinge on the outside and back of my tongue. A big SHOUT goes out to dmschefke for providing this unique beer!

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle shared by Robert at SL, what a guy! The pour was pale with a hay-straw type color. The aroma was corney, some piney type hops. The flavor was metallic, watery, oxidized, corn-lager like. Odd for a pale ale, travelled not well? Dunno. The mouthfeel was light and not very clean.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lightly hazed amber liquid with a small stable lid of off-white soft cream colored bubbles. Citric scents dominate. Orange zest and light caramel. Light grapefruit juice start. Toasted malt come in the middle and wanders about into the finish and linger. Drier finish, with a generic bitterness. Fairly thick in feel. Only a very fine carbonation noted, which does little to lighten the feel. A simple, no pretenses, pale ale.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Starting off at Popeye’s Nippon craft beer hand pumps. Nice fruity flavor, flowery caramel, hardly any head, low carbonic acid. A descent beer

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hand pump at Popeyes. Amber body with small head. Fruity hop nose, flowers. Taste was malty and vinously floral, some faint spices. Slightly sharp palate, a bit agressive perhaps. A good beer to break it up with, nothing defining.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A good sloid APA. Real ale version at Popeyes. Poured with no head. Orange, amber hue. Malty on the tongue, accented by a hoppy finish, although defintely not over powering. Easy to knock back, though nothing to really write home about. Good starter.
